
Backyard Summer Graduation Party
This backyard graduation was the perfect summer celebration that family and friends of all ages could enjoy!

Guests were welcomed with one of our signature stationary hors d’oeuvre tables filled with items including:
- Crudité with vegetable dip
- Imported antipasto tray with Italian meats, cheeses, artichoke hearts, assorted olives, and pepper dews
- Mini caprese skewers with balsamic drizzle
- Assorted cheese trays with Sartori Merlo, Sartori asiago with rosemary, Sartori espresso, Wisconsin cheddar
- Store-made guacamole and salsa served with chips
- Eggplant caponata and store-made hummus
- Flatbreads, pita bread, breadstick and assorted sliced baguettes
- Green and red grapes, strawberries, and greens
Passed hors d’oeuvres included:
- Asiago chicken skewers served with country mustard sauce
- Grilled cheese triangles served with tomato soup dipping sauce
- Cheese triangles served with brisket
- Boneless buffalo nugget skewers served with blue hen dip
- Sirloin sliders topped with American cheese and ketchup on a brioche bun
- Franks in a blanket served with mustard
- Italian Stromboli wedges
It’s always a party if there’s a buffet! Ours included:
- Mesclun mix greens tossed with dried cranberries, and crumbled goat cheese
- Chicken marsala
- Filet mignon sliced at buffet served with creamy horseradish sauce and brandy peppercorn gravy
- Shrimp scampi served with rice pilaf
- Bowtie pasta and pink pomodoro sauce
- Broccoli au gratin
- Grilled vegetables of portobello mushrooms, assorted peppers, zucchini, and squash
- Assorted dinner rolls and garlic bread
Mexican Station
- Mexican spiced ground beef with sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, shredded cheddar, chopped scallions and crispy taco shells
- Cheese quesadillas served with sour cream
- Chicken burritos served with sour cream
- Mexican rice
- Our homemade cornbread and butter
