
Outdoor Fall Wedding
What better way to get greeted when entering an event than with some champagne!
This elegant outdoor black and white wedding starts off with some delicious bubbling champagne at the entrance! As you enter the reception tent you were greeted with our Tuscan table filled with delicious grazing items including:
- Imported cheese and antipasto trays of sliced prosciutto di Parma, imported coppa, sopressata, genoa salami, Italian mortadella, Italian ham, sharp provolone, asiago cheese, assorted olives, grilled artichokes, and roasted peppers
- Fresh garden bruschetta on toasted baguettes with balsamic drizzle
- Mini Rossini sandwiches – prosciutto di Parma, mesclun greens, EVOO and balsamic
- Mini focaccia sandwiches – prosciutto di Parma, mesclun greens, EVOO and balsamic
- Store-made eggplant caponata
- Hot spinach and artichoke dip
- Bread sticks and assorted baguettes
- Decorated with fresh herbs, grapes, and strawberries

Raw Bar Station
- Raw little neck clams, large shrimp cocktail and oysters on the half shell with mignonette sauces, tobacco sauce and cocktail sauce
Slider Bar
- Our homemade sirloin sliders, crab cake sliders and fried chicken sliders all served on assorted buns
- Cheese fries in paper cones
- Ketchup, honey mustard and chipotle mayo dipping sauces
For the passed hors d’oeuvres…
- Baby New Zealand lamb chops presented on a bed of creamy mashed potatoes topped with rosemary garlic sauce
- Asiago chicken skewers served with country mustard dipping sauce
