Rob joined our Market Basket family in 1996 and has been with us for over 26 years! He loves to stay active and share his knowledge with others in store!
Background
Rob joined our Market Basket family in 1996 and has been with us for over 26 years! Our newly expanded Franklin Lakes store was in need of someone to head our produce department and Rob was the perfect fit. He has been in the industry for over 54 years and he is always sharing his knowledge with others.
Get to Know Rob
When he’s not working hard in our store, Rob is always exploring and staying active. His most recent adventure was to Alaska! He saw everything from Alaskan huskies, aurora borealis, beautiful snowy scenery, and even made it all the way to the Arctic Circle! He said his favorite part of his trip was seeing the sled dogs and being able to view a Spruce Grouse bird fly in front of his car. Rob is also an avid bird watcher and loves to be in nature.
Favorite Part Working at Market Basket
Rob says his favorite part about working at The Market Basket is the people. “I have enjoyed meeting friends and making friends for over the last 26 years here,” he says.
