Learn how to make our Charred Scallion Vinaigrette from our Grilled Chicken and Quinoa recipe! Our grilled chicken and quinoa was created by our very own chef Powell. Ingredients

¼ Cup Dijon Mustard
¼ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
¼ Cup Lemon Juice
¼ Cup Low Fat Mayo
2 ¼ Cups Blended Oil
Scallions – Separate Dark Green & Light Green
Salt & Pepper

Directions

1. Combine your Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and
low-fat mayo.
2. Whisk in oil to emulsify.
3. Thinly slice white/light green
scallions.
4. Char dark green scallions in a pan and chop when done.
5. Combine all.
