Market Basket Pesto Shrimp

Ingredients
2 lbs. Shrimp
1 Pint MB Store-Made Pesto
2 TBSP Chopped Garlic
1 Pint Grape Tomatoes
1/4 Cup White Wine
1 Cup Spinach
2 TBSP Chopped Basil
1/4 Cup Butter
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Directions
- Sauté your shrimp and garlic in a heated pan on the stove.
- Add your butter and white wine to the pan.
- Cook for approximately 5-10 minutes or until cooked (Shrimp should turn a pink/red color once complete).
- Add your pesto, spinach, basil and tomatoes to the pan and cook thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Plate your dish and enjoy!
