Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Basil
  • 1 Sprig of Thyme
  • 1 TSP Tomato Paste
  • 1 Large Heirloom Tomato
  • 2 Large Beef Steak Tomatoes
  • 1 Shallot Chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Chopped
  • 2 TBL Lemon Juice
  • 2 TBL Red Wine

  1. Add all of your ingredients into a blender and blend until coarse.
