<li>Bring 1 inch of water to a boil in a large saucepan.</li>
<li>Put asparagus in a steamer basket, place in pan, cover and steam until tender &amp;<br />
crisp, about 4 minutes. Transfer to a large plate, spreading out to<br />
cool.</li>
<li>Combine chili powder, garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt on a<br />
plate. Dredge fillets in the spice mixture to coat.</li>
<li>Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fish and cook until<br />
just opaque in the center, gently turning halfway, 5 to 7 minutes<br />
total.</li>
<li>Divide among 4 plates. Immediately add lemon juice, the<br />
remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and asparagus to the pan and cook,<br />
stirring constantly, until the asparagus is coated and heated through,<br />
about 2 minutes. Serves 4.</li>

<p>Al has been in the food industry for over 50 years! He started out working for a local food store in the deli, worked in liquor, and eventually became co-manager of the store. Al&#8217;s son started working in the original Market Basket store in Wyckoff, where Al was introduced to us. When we opened our store in Franklin Lakes, Al joined our Market Basket family in 1988 and has been with us for over 35 years! Al has been an integral part of the Market Basket for generations, and even all 3 of his sons have worked here as well!</p>

<li>Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil grate.</li>
<li>Remove salmon from marinade, and shake off excess. Discard<br />

<li>Cook on preheated grill until fish is opaque in the center and flakes easily with a fork, about 4 minutes per side.</li>

<li>Remove the scallops from the marinade, put the marinade aside, and broil the scallops 3 inches from the heat for 3 minutes. Keep warm while you prepare the sauce.</li>
<li>Dissolve the corn starch in water.</li>
<li>Return to a boil and boil for 1 minute.</li>
<li>Pour over the scallops and serve over rice or serve as an appetizer with the leftover sauce on the side for dipping. Serves 3.</li>

<li>Mix your lemon juice, white wine and garlic together in a small bowl.</li>
<li>In a baking dish add your turkey and season with salt and pepper.</li>
<li>Add your liquid mixture to the baking dish and distribute evenly.</li>
<li>Cover with foil and place in the oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.</li>
<li>Remove from the oven, uncover and remove the foil.</li>
<li>Place back in the oven and let cook for another 45 minutes for color.</li>
<li>Pair with some of your favorite side dishes and enjoy!</li>

<p>Rachael graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan. From there, she went on to work in corporate dining for Brown Brothers Harriman in NYC and Deutsche Bank where she was a sous chef. Rachael helped with the opening as executive chef for Coach and BCG in Hudson Yards. She even traveled for a while helping restaurants revamp their menu and find new recipes to try. She was a consulting chef in Jersey City, working for Satis Bistro and Paste e Vino. After gaining a wealth of knowledge in the industry, Rachael joined our Market Basket family and has been with us for over 5 years. She started as one of our pastry chefs and is now our head cake decorator for the store.</p>

<p>“I have always loved cooking,” says Rachael. “I figured if I was going to be doing something for the rest of my life I might as well be doing something I love.”</p>
<p>Rachael loves cooking for friends and family and is always experimenting in the kitchen. She is known for her homemade pasta and loves to cook various sauces, braised meats and porchetta. She says she loves all things Italian and enjoys making Italian-style dishes.</p>
